デザイン ギルド トーキョーは、2007年より建築インテリアを主体とするクリエイターの組合的運営という形で活動を開始しました。
メンバーはそれぞれ、法人または個人で活動をしており、その領域 得意分野を異にしています。
また、近年ではクリエイター以外の各業種のコンサルタントの参加も増え、根本にある企画〜事業、運営検証から一貫して根拠のある
デザインを提供する事が可能となっています。
この多様な領域及びジャンルで活動するメンバーの中からプロジェクト毎に適切なメンバーをチームアップし担当する事でワンストップで適切なソリューションをクライアントに提供する事が可能です。
組織としては、上下の関係はなく、主な運営者が日常の事務的処理を行い、受注した案件毎のチーム内において、プロとしての責任と自覚元、フラットで公平な関係を築き、組織の無駄なしがらみや関係性に縛られることなく、クライアントにとっての最大の成果をもたらす事を目指しています。
また、本来受け身で発生するデザイン行為を各種の展示会等を通し、自ら発信する事で新しい仕事のあり方を模索しています。

As an organization, there is no hierarchical relationship; the main manager handles day-to-day administrative work, and within the team for each project we receive, we build flat and fair relationships based on professional responsibility and awareness, aiming to achieve the best results for our clients without being bound by unnecessary ties and relationships in the organization.
