京都・丹後地域事業者 インテリア商材開発
京都府、丹後地域は織物の産地として長い歴史を持っており、その中でも個性豊かな５事業者の織物をインテリア商材としてデザイン、開発を行いました。
ORI-Hook
リボンを織り込んだアーティスティックな織物生地を、アクリルに封入し壁掛けフックとしました。アクリルの中の生地は光の当たり方や見える角度によって宝石のように表情を変え、室内のアクセントになります。

Artist +Textile
丹後産の生地の上にアーティストの作品を載せたアーティストコラボシリーズの第一弾として、版画アーティストである遠藤萌氏、及び油絵アーティストである八木恵梨氏、それぞれの作品を印刷した生地となります。

RADEN-Shade
細い帯状の螺鈿を織り込む珍しい絹織物を製造する民谷螺鈿。今回螺鈿の輝きを引き出す円錐型のランプシェードを開発しました。シェードの内側でランプの光が螺鈿のラインに反射し、繊細な虹色の光をつくりだします。

SHIBORI-Akari
「白生地」と呼ばれる丹後ちりめんの中でも最もベーシックな生地。その豊かな風合いを生かした卓上照明です。絹糸の撚りがつくりだす「シボ」や、織のパターンがつくる繊細な織柄が、光をやわらかいものにします。

FUJIFU-Partition
藤の繊維を丁寧に績み織ってつくられる日本古来の希少な布、藤布(ふじふ)を使った衝立です。4枚のフレームで構成されており、三つ折りの卓上パーテーションとして使用することに加え、中央に光源を置いて四角柱のスタンドライトとして使用することも可能です。

Interior Product Development by Tango Area Businesses in Kyoto
The Tango region of Kyoto Prefecture has a long history as a textile production area, and we designed and developed interior goods using textiles from five unique businesses in the region.
ORI-Hook
An artistic woven fabric with ribbons woven into it is enclosed in acrylic and used as a wall-hanging hook. The fabric inside the acrylic changes its expression like a jewel depending on the way the light hits it and the angle from which it is viewed, creating an accent in the room.

The first in a series of collaborations with artists, this series features works by Moe Endo (print artist) and Eri Yagi (oil painter) printed on fabrics produced in Tango.

RADEN-Shade
Tamiya Raden manufactures unusual silk fabrics in which mother-of-pearl inlay is woven in thin strips. This time, we developed a conical lampshade that brings out the brilliance of raden. Inside the shade, light from the lamp reflects off the lines of mother-of-pearl inlay, creating a delicate rainbow-colored light.

SHIBORI-Akari
Shibori Akari is the most basic of all Tango Chirimen fabrics, called Shirofuki. This table lamp brings out the rich texture of this fabric. The "shibori" created by the twisting of the silk threads and the delicate woven patterns soften the light.

FUJIFU-Partition
This is a partition made of fujifu, an ancient and rare Japanese cloth carefully woven from wisteria fibers, and consists of four frames that can be used as a tabletop partition in three folds or as a square pillar stand light with a light source placed in the center.

『唐紙文化の伝承』を掲げ、表具や襖紙からインテリア壁紙や照明まで、既に実績のある同社。昨年のモダン唐紙に続き、デザイナーとの協業によって『版木+唐紙アートパネル』と『唐紙建具』を開発。さらなる現代空間と伝統素材の融合を試みた。

Under the slogan of "passing down the karakami culture," this company has already developed a range of products from table and sliding door paper to interior wallpaper and lighting. Following last year's modern karakami, the company has developed "woodblock + karakami art panels" and "karakami fittings" in collaboration with designers. The company attempted to further fuse modern space and traditional materials.

絞り染め商品を幅広く取り扱う同社とデザイナーが生み出す新たな照明。絞り生地の伸縮性とバネの形から発想したフレームを活かし、好みのサイズに形態を変 化させるランプシェード。個性豊かな絞りの凹凸と透けて見えるアルミフレームの組み合わせも魅力のひとつ。

Katayama Bunzaburo Shoten
A new lighting created by the company, which handles a wide range of tie-dyed products, and its designers. This lampshade changes its form to the desired size by utilizing the elasticity of the tie-dyed fabric and a frame inspired by the shape of a spring.
The combination of the unique shibori unevenness and the translucent aluminum frame is one of the charms of this product.

茶道に欠かせない楽焼を造る数少ない窯元である同社。客室ナンバーを表す、文字と柄を白抜きにした黒楽銘板と、ロビー空間のアート丸型陶板を開発。デザイナーや施設の要望をうまく陶板で表現するという唯一無二のプロダクトとなっている。

Raku Iri
The company is one of the few potteries that produce Raku ware, an essential part of the tea ceremony. The company developed a black Raku nameplate with white-out letters and patterns to represent guest room numbers, and an art round ceramic plate for the lobby space. These are unique products that successfully express the requests of designers and facilities on ceramic boards.

Okamoto Orimono
Nishijin brocade, or gold brocade, has a history of more than 1,000 years and is treated as a treasure at shrines and temples. The company is a group of specialized craftsmen who can weave it by hand. The company has developed its own interior glass products by sandwiched its luxurious Kinran textiles between fabric tiles and glass. By using woven fabrics in tile form, it is possible to create a luxurious material feel in a space while complying with noncombustibility and other legal regulations. Sanded glass can be used in a variety of ways, including table tops, and is a unique and original material unique to Kyoto, making it an ideal material for differentiation.

千年以上の歴史を持つ「西陣織、金襴」は、神社仏閣で宝物として扱われる。同社はそれを手織りできる専門職人集団である。その豪華絢爛な金蘭織物をファブリックスタイルとガラスにサンドした独自のインテリアガラス商材を開発。織物をタイル状にすることで、不燃などの法規制に対応し、贅沢なマテリアル感を空間で採ることが可能。サンドガラスはテーブル天板をはじめ、多様な使い方ができ、唯一無二、京都ならではの独自な素材で差別化にうってつけである。

Hitoshi Yamamoto Shoten
This company specializes in dyeing traditional Kyoto cultural patterns and designs with the spirit of "Jin". They have developed Western-style fusuma fittings by applying dyed cloth to fusuma sliding doors, adding modern and bold designs to traditional patterns. The new fusuma fittings express an original view of the world that, while Japanese in design, blends well with modern interiors.

a manufacturer of kyobutsudan (Buddhist altars) and kyobutsugu (Kyoto Buddhist altar and altar utensils) that claims Kyoto millennium quality, has been focusing in recent years on the development of products and interior goods by converting its technologies in the field of Buddhist altar utensils. This time, the company developed a table by sublimating its technology and design into modern furniture. The table is an attractive product with simple yet elaborate technology and details, functionally incorporating the decorative metal hardware design used for Buddhist altar fittings into the wooden structure.

のアドバイザー、デザイナーを務めると共に、東京ビッグサイトで開催されたHCJ2021での展示ブース
をデザイン、設計。開発商材を宿泊空間に見立て展示発表しました。
又、デザインギルドとしても併設出展し、新旧顧客向けにデザイン設計相談を行いました。

In addition to serving as an advisor and designer for the Kyoto Chamber of Commerce and Industry's "Atarashikimono Kyoto" interior product development division, we designed and designed an exhibition booth at HCJ2021, which was held at Tokyo Big Sight. The booth was designed and presented as an accommodation space for the developed products.
The Design Guild also exhibited at the same time and provided design consultation for old and new clients.
